The Girlfriends

The end of the busy week. I tried to pull something from every day to post...just as a challenge. Sometimes it was boring.....so sorry everyone...sometimes it was kinda interesting.
Yesterday we found ourselves surrounded by this slice of American History and felt the need to share it with ya' all. Note the calendar on the last shot is literally a give-a-way for a meat market.

Ha!

I can't really tell if this stuff is still offensive or if it is quaint? Or maybe both...?

I vote for offensive.

Actually, I feel that the slight combination between quaint and vulgar seems to present a very happy medium.

I also feel compulsed to say that by presenting this amazing sight to ones eyes that you are giving a gift to the world that has not yet reached its full potential as a piece of art.

Thank you Timothy.. Thank you.

Love Pris.

Interesting series of photographs. Reminds me when I went to my local mechanic to pic up my car. I marvelled at the pin up photos jostling for space next to the photograph of Jesus and the Virgin Mary!
